October 15th is the hardest day of the year. For a very large percentage of the nation/world this is the day that we remember pregnancy and infant loss. Did you know that 1 in 4 people have experienced this loss?
Join us and others on October 15th at 7:00PM by lighting a candle in remembrance of those that have gone on and for those that still remain on earth with a piece of their heart not with them. Use #WOL2018 on social media to share you light.
Many don't talk about the loss they have had. Many wear this loss on their sleeve. Former President Ronald Reagan says it like this:"When a child loses his parent, they are called an orphan. When a spouse loses her or his partner, they are called a widow or widower. When parents lose their child, there isn't a word to describe them".
On October 15th, we want to send a message of support for all of those affected by pregnancy and/or infant loss. Below are some great resources we've found that can help anyone in need on this tough day.
